COMMERCIAL DIVISION. LIC. 246552C
Hotels, resorts, strata, rooftops, clubs, public venues. Half a century of commercial pool builds across Sydney. Structural engineering in house.
Commercial pedigree
Our first commercial pool was poured in 1982. Five decades on, the commercial division still runs on the same standard. Steel-reinforced concrete shells, engineered to the brief, signed off in house, finished to the specification a public client needs and the lifespan a public client expects.
Hotel pools in the CBD. Resort pools on the coast. Apartment-block pools that take a hundred residents through a Sydney summer. Swim-school pools, hydrotherapy pools, council and public pools, lemur enclosure water features at Taronga Zoo. The work is varied. The shell is always the same.
Commercial work runs on a different brief to residential. The certifier, the engineer, the operator and the body corporate are all in the room. Trade has to continue. The pool has to handle 30 years of use without the maintenance bill bending the budget. That is the work we know.

Who we work with
A commercial pool is rarely a one-client decision. We are in the room with the architect, the head contractor, the operator, the body corporate and the certifier from the first meeting through to handover. Half a century of these jobs has taught us to read each one early.
The brief from a hotel general manager is different to the brief from a strata committee, which is different again to the brief from a council asset team or a zoo curator. We adapt the way we communicate, the level of detail in our documentation and the cadence of site reporting to suit. The shell underneath is always the same.

What you get
They built our rooftop pool over a structural deck in the CBD. Engineering was flawless. Five years on, still pristine.
